Terms of Service

These terms govern the purchase and delivery of the AI Sales Team, a service operated by Dylan Ewing ("we", "us"). By submitting an application or purchasing either option below, you ("the client") agree to these terms. They are written in plain English because that is how we intend to work with you.

What the service is

The AI Sales Team is the installation, and optionally the ongoing management, of an AI-powered lead response and booking system for your real estate business. The system responds to inbound leads, holds qualifying conversations, books appointments on your calendar, follows up with unresponsive and aging leads, and logs activity into your CRM. It is a done-for-you build performed by us, configured to your market, lead sources, and existing tools.

The two options

Option A: Own It Outright. $9,997, one time. We build and install the complete system into your business. You own the system. The price includes 30 days of post-install support for tuning, fixes, and questions. After the 30 days, continued support is available but not included.

Option B: Done For You + Managed. $5,000 setup plus $1,000 per month. We build the system, then we run it: monitoring, maintenance, tuning, and ongoing improvement. You may cancel the monthly service at any time. There is no long-term contract. If you cancel, the system and its configuration remain yours, along with your leads, conversations, and data.

Install timeline

A typical installation takes about 14 days from kickoff. That timeline depends on client cooperation: providing account access, granting approvals, and responding to requests in a timely way. Delays on the client side extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute a failure of delivery on our part.

Payment terms

Setup fees (the $9,997 on Option A, the $5,000 on Option B) are non-refundable once installation work begins. Before work begins, we may decline any application, or refund a payment, at our sole discretion. We would rather return your payment than take on an install we do not believe will succeed. Monthly fees on Option B are billed in advance and stop when you cancel.

The keep-working guarantee

This guarantee is a service commitment: our remedy is continued work at no charge, as described above. It requires the client to hold up their side, meaning live lead flow into the system, timely access and approvals, and showing up to the appointments the system books. We cannot take the appointment for you.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the accounts, tools, and approvals needed for the install
• Maintain active lead sources feeding the system
• Attend appointments the system books
• Use the system lawfully and only with contacts you have the right to message

Compliance and TCPA

Automated SMS and calling in the United States requires proper consent from the people being contacted, under the TCPA and related rules. We configure every install with consent-respecting defaults: messaging built around documented opt-in, automatic opt-out handling, and quiet hours. However, the leads and contacts in your database are yours, and you are responsible for the lawful use of the system with your own contacts, including the accuracy of their consent status. If you load contacts without proper consent, that risk sits with you, not us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the total fees you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost commissions or lost deals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after the change is posted; the terms in effect when you purchased govern your engagement.
