Running live in production today. Real leads, real phone calls, real calendars.

You think you need more leads. You don't. The leads you already paid for are dying in a place you can't see, and it has a name: the follow-up gap.

Every lead answered in under 60 seconds. Every appointment booked, chased, and logged. While you're at the showing.

The AI Sales Team is a done-for-you crew of AI agents installed into your real estate business in about 14 days, by a real person. Not another app you have to learn. A team that runs itself.

Be the agent who answers first in your market.

Apply for Your AI Sales Team

Takes about two minutes. No pressure, no spam. We only take on agents we can actually get results for.

Live in production right now, US and UK Installed for you in about 14 days We keep working free until you get booked appointments

Further down this page there's one number from a 2025 mystery shop of 74 top brokerages that explains why the agent across town keeps winning your buyers. It is not what you think.

01

This is for active agents and team leads who are already producing. Roughly $100k GCI and up, or anyone spending real money on leads every month and watching too many of them go quiet.

We build 10 founding installs at the prices on this page, each one by hand, and then the price goes up. That is not a countdown timer trick, it is what our calendar can hold.

And if you're brand new with zero pipeline, I'll save you the scroll: this won't pay for itself yet, and I'd rather tell you that now than take your money.

02

Tell me if this is your week.

If you nodded at three or more of those, keep reading. This page was written for you, and I mean you specifically, not "agents in general."

03

The follow-up gap, and the number that should make you angry.

Here's the number I promised you. In a 2025 mystery-shop test of 74 top US brokerages, 41% never responded to a new lead inquiry at all, and only 9% responded within the critical 5-minute window (Roof AI lead response time study, 2025).

Read that again. Not slow. Never.

And this isn't new. Back in 2014, a study of 384 brokers across 11 states found 48% of buyer inquiries got no response, and the average response time was 917 minutes. That's 15.3 hours (WAV Group Agent Responsiveness Study, 2014). The industry has known about this hole for over a decade and it's still open.

The crazy part is what this means for you. Your competition is not beating you because they're better. They're losing the same way you are. The whole game right now is won by whoever shows up in the first five minutes, and almost nobody shows up.

That's also why lead conversion looks the way it does. The national average real estate lead conversion rate is just 0.4% to 1.2%, per NAR data (Follow Up Boss, 2025). One or two clients out of every 200 leads. Those other 198 didn't all pick a better agent. Mostly, they got silence.

And look, I'm not saying agents are lazy. You were at a showing. You were driving. You were asleep, because you're a human being. The gap is structural. You cannot answer a text at 11pm from the shower, and you shouldn't have to.

Use this today, free

So here's something you can use today, even if you never talk to us. Put a simple auto-text on every lead source you have that fires within one minute and asks one qualifying question, then answer personally within five minutes during work hours. Do just that and you're ahead of 91% of the brokerages in that 2025 study. It's free. Do it this week.

The rest of this page is about what happens when you want that running at 2am, on every lead, with the booking, the no-show chase, and the follow-through handled too. Forever. Without you.

04

Don't take my word for it. This is running right now.

Live in production

A full pipeline for a US real estate lead-gen agency.

Instant lead SMS, speed-to-book, no-show rebooking, post-call analysis, client kickoff workflows. All of it live in production, working real leads today. Not a pilot, not a demo environment. The actual machine.

Live in production

An AI receptionist for a UK agency.

Answers for them on a monthly retainer, right now, while their team works.

Call him yourself

Elliot, our AI voice agent.

Elliot answers a real phone number today and holds a real conversation. On your demo, ask for the number and call him yourself. Try to trip him up. People do, and that's my favorite part of the demo.

And I'll be straight with you, because this matters: we're a small shop with a handful of clients, not a wall of a thousand logos. Every system above is one we built and personally run in production as you read this. On your demo you watch them work live, not in a slide deck. That's the trade you're getting with the founding price, and it's a good trade.

05

The Zero-Gap Method: how the AI Sales Team actually works.

When I mapped out where deals actually die for agents, what I realized was that every lost deal traced back to a gap. Not a skill problem. A gap. The lead came in and nobody answered, that's a gap. The call happened and nothing got logged, gap. The buyer no-showed and nobody chased, gap.

So we built one method that closes every gap in the chain, and we called it the Zero-Gap Method. Your AI Sales Team is that method, installed. Six agents plus a dashboard, each one owning a gap so you don't have to.

AGENT 1

The Responder closes the answer gap.

  • Replies to every new lead by SMS in under 60 seconds, 24/7, from any source you feed it: portal leads, sign calls, your website, open house sheets.
  • It doesn't blast a canned "thanks for your inquiry." It opens a real conversation and asks the qualifying questions you'd ask.
  • Hot lead at 11pm on a Tuesday? Answered at 11pm on a Tuesday.
  • And to be clear, the tech isn't the miracle here. Answering at all is the miracle, because as you just read, 41% of top brokerages never do (Roof AI, 2025).
AGENT 2

The Setter closes the booking gap.

  • Takes the warm conversation and books the appointment straight onto your calendar.
  • Handles the "does Thursday work, no wait, Friday" back-and-forth that eats your day.
  • Sends confirmations so the appointment is real, not a maybe.
AGENT 3

The Chaser closes the no-show gap.

  • Somebody misses the appointment? The Chaser notices without being told and starts the rebook sequence automatically.
  • Polite, persistent, human-paced. It doesn't guilt anybody, it just gets them back on the calendar.
  • This is the agent nobody thinks they need until they count last quarter's no-shows that were never chased. Count yours.
AGENT 4

The Analyst closes the memory gap.

  • Every sales call gets transcribed, scored, and logged to your CRM with next actions attached.
  • You know what happened on every call without re-listening to a single one.
  • Team leads, this one changes your week: you can finally see how calls actually go without riding along on all of them.
AGENT 5

The Reviver closes the dead-lead gap.

  • Long-term nurture plus database re-engagement campaigns that go back and wake up the leads you paid for months ago.
  • Remember that conversion stat, 0.4% to 1.2% (NAR data via Follow Up Boss, 2025)? The upside isn't buying lead number 201. It's working the 198 who got silence the first time.
  • Your database is the cheapest lead source you own. The Reviver is how it stops being a graveyard.
AGENT 6

The Receptionist closes the phone gap. (Optional)

  • An AI voice agent that answers your line live, like Elliot does today on a real number.
  • Callers get a conversation, not voicemail. You get the message, the intent, and the booking.
PLUS

The Dashboard closes the visibility gap.

  • One screen with every lead, every conversation, every call score, every booking.
  • You manage a team, minus the payroll and the drama. Okay, and minus the hiring, the training, and the "sorry, I was at lunch."

Also installed with every build, because these are not optional in my book:

  • Compliance and consent setup: A2P registration, opt-out handling, quiet hours, and texting only leads who opted in. Boring, and it protects your license and your database.
  • The RE Conversation Playbook: the scripts and conversation flows tuned to real estate leads, so your agents sound like your team, not a robot with a name tag.

The install timeline, so you know exactly what you're buying:

Not software. Not another tool to learn. A team that runs itself.

06

A normal Tuesday once it's installed.

You? You were at the listing, then at dinner. The dashboard shows you all of it in one place whenever you feel like looking.

Now, straight talk: that thread above is a walkthrough, not a screenshot, because our clients' leads are their business and we don't parade them. On your demo we show you the real thing running live, and you can watch the messages move.

07

Why I built this.

I'm Dylan. I've been building businesses and the systems behind them for years, and I've seen both ends of the bank account, 130k a month and 20 cents. So when I talk about deals dying quietly, I'm not theorizing. I've watched money evaporate in places nobody was looking.

Here's what ended up happening. A real estate lead-gen client of ours was running paid ads. Ads on, leads flowing in, and the appointments were flat. Everyone wanted to blame the ads.

So I traced the leads one by one, and the ads were fine. The leads were coming in and sitting there for hours before a human touched them. By the time someone called, the lead had cooled, or booked with whoever answered first.

That lined up with everything the data has been screaming for a decade. Average agent response time was 917 minutes, 15.3 hours, back in 2014 (WAV Group, 2014). Eleven years later, a 2025 mystery shop found 41% of top brokerages still never responded at all (Roof AI, 2025).

The industry didn't fix it. So we did.

We built the speed-to-lead agent first. Then the setter, because answered leads still need booking. Then the no-show chaser, then the post-call analyst, then the database reviver, because every fix exposed the next gap. Long story short, that stack became the Zero-Gap Method, and it's been running in production for our clients since.

And I'll give you a failure too, because you should know who you're hiring. Early on I left an automation running overnight with no spending cap and it burned a couple hundred dollars in API calls before breakfast. That's why every install now ships with cost caps, logging, and a human reviewing it. I learned that lesson the expensive way so you don't have to.

One more reason this matters to me. The median REALTOR is now 57 years old, only 11% are under 40, and median gross income was $58,100 in 2024 (NAR 2025 Member Profile). This industry is squeezing the people in it. The agents who survive the next five years will be the ones who stop being their own call center. I want you to be one of them.

08

You could try to build this yourself. Here's what actually happens.

I've seen the graveyard. The ChatGPT experiment that texted leads for a week and then quietly broke. The $97 "AI for agents" course sitting unwatched. The virtual assistant who does follow-up, but only 9 to 5 in their time zone, and quits in month four.

Each one fails the same way: it covers one gap, part-time, and the deal dies in the next gap over.

And there's a sharper edge to this. One bad AI text blast to a cold list can burn your database and put you on the wrong side of TCPA consent rules. That's not a growth experiment, that's a liability. Consent, A2P registration, opt-outs, and quiet hours have to be set up right before the first message goes out, in the right order, by someone who has done it before.

That's the whole case for done-for-you. One complete system, installed in the correct order, compliance first, with a human on the hook for it working. That human is us.

Could you duct-tape something together yourself? Maybe. You could also cut your own hair. The question is whether that's the best use of a person who gets paid to be in rooms with buyers and sellers.

09

What changes when the gaps close.

10

We choose our clients. Here's the honest filter.

This is for you if:

  • You're an active agent or team lead already closing deals, roughly $100k GCI and up, or you're spending real money on leads every month.
  • You have a database of past leads and clients, even a messy one. Especially a messy one.
  • You'll actually show up when the AI books an appointment on your calendar.

This is not for you if:

  • You're brand new with zero pipeline and no lead flow. Get some deals first, then come back. I mean that kindly.
  • You're shopping for a $97 course or a magic button. This is an installed system with a human team behind it.
  • You want AI to replace you in the room. It can't, and you wouldn't want the version that claims it can.

If you're on the fence about which side you fall on, apply anyway and we'll tell you straight. Sometimes the answer is "not yet," and we'll say so before we take a dollar.

11

Everything that gets installed.

The Chaser: automatic no-show rebooking engine$1,500
The Analyst: every call transcribed, scored, logged to CRM with next actions$3,000

Built piece by piece at our normal rates, that stack runs $20,500. You're not paying that, and the AI voice Receptionist can be added on top for those who want the phone answered live too.

12

What it costs, and what it costs next to.

First, the anchors, because you should judge this price against reality and not against hope.

A single human ISA averages $69,398 a year in salary, before payroll costs and bonuses (ZipRecruiter, December 2025). And they sleep, take weekends, and eventually quit.

Zillow Premier Agent's listed average cost per connection is $223 in major metros (The Close, 2026, citing Zillow's listed averages). On Zillow Flex, The Close's worked example shows a 35% success fee taking $4,200 out of a $12,000 commission (The Close, 2025). That's rent paid forever on leads you never own.

Now the actual price. Two ways to get your AI Sales Team:

Option A

Own It Outright.

$9,997 one time

We build your complete AI Sales Team, hand you the keys, and it's yours forever. 30 days of support included. No monthly, no rent, no landlord.

Own It Outright: $9,997
The ROI math, in one line: the buyer's agent side of a single closed deal averaged about $9,818 on a median-priced $367,711 home in 2025 (Clever Real Estate agent survey, 2025). One saved deal pays for the entire system.

And the founding-rate part, said plainly because it's simply true: these are founding-client prices for our first 10 installs. After those 10, the managed option moves to $7,500 setup + $1,500/mo. No fake countdown clock. A real person builds each install by hand, our calendar holds what it holds, and early clients get the better price because they're taking the earlier bet.

Not sure which option fits? That's exactly what the application is for.

The keep-working guarantee

If your AI Sales Team doesn't book you at least 10 sales appointments in your first 60 days, we keep working for free until it does.

Not a discount. Not a credit. We keep building, tuning, and running your system at no charge until those 10 booked appointments are on your calendar. I'm comfortable putting that in writing because speed and follow-up are math we control, and the math has been holding in production.

The one thing I can't do is take the appointment for you. You still have to show up and be great in the room. That part was always yours, and it's the part you're actually good at.

13

Real questions, straight answers.

Is this replacing me?
No, and I'd run from anyone who says otherwise. The AI handles the part that was never really your job: instant response, scheduling, chasing, logging. You do the part that pays: the showing, the negotiation, the relationship. It replaces your busywork, not your license.
Is AI texting my leads even legal? What about TCPA?
This is why compliance setup is baked into every install and done first. A2P registration, documented opt-in consent, automatic opt-out handling, quiet hours. We only message leads who have opted in through your forms and sources. It's the least exciting part of the build and the one I refuse to skip.
Will it work with my CRM?
In almost every case, yes. We build on top of what you have, whether that's Follow Up Boss, a GoHighLevel setup, or something else, and if your stack is unusual we'll tell you on the demo before you pay anything.
How long until it's live?
About 14 days from kickoff. Responder and Setter typically go live within the first 9 days, so leads start getting answered before the full install is even finished.
I already have an ISA.
Then you already believe in the job, you're just paying $69,398 a year on average for a version that sleeps (ZipRecruiter, December 2025). Keep your ISA for the deep conversations and let the AI team cover nights, weekends, the first 60 seconds, and the boring chase work. Best ISA retention tool you'll ever buy, and if the numbers later tell you a different story, that's your call to make with real data.
What happens if I cancel the monthly on Option B?
You can cancel anytime, no contract traps. From there you have two clean paths: convert to ownership by paying the difference up to the ownership price, or we wind it down properly and hand you an export of everything. Your leads and your data leave with you either way.
Who owns the data?
You do. Full stop. Your leads, your conversations, your call recordings and transcripts live in your CRM and belong to your business. On Option A you own the whole system outright. We're the builder, not the landlord of your database.
Why not just hire a VA to do follow-up?
A good VA covers one gap for part of the day. The average lead doesn't arrive during their shift, and the 2025 mystery-shop data shows the 5-minute window is where the deal is won (Roof AI, 2025). The AI team answers in under 60 seconds at 3am on a Sunday, never calls in sick, and logs everything. Hire a VA for the work that needs a human. This isn't that work.
Won't my leads hate talking to AI?
They hate silence more, and silence is what 41% of top brokerages gave them in 2025 (Roof AI, 2025). The conversations are built from your playbook, paced like a human, and the moment a lead is hot it's handed to you. Leads don't grade you on who typed the text. They grade you on who showed up first.
What happens after the 30 days of support on Option A?
The system is yours and it keeps running. You get documentation and a trained handoff, and if you ever want us back for tuning or upgrades, we offer ongoing support at our then-current rates. Plenty of Option A buyers never need us again. Some come back for new capabilities. Both are fine outcomes.
14

The gap stays open or it doesn't. Your move.

Every day the follow-up gap stays open, leads you already paid for go quiet, and somebody slower than you books your buyers, not because they're better, but because they answered.

You've now seen the whole machine: what it is, what it costs, what happens if it doesn't perform. There's no mystery left, just a decision.

Be the agent whose leads never hit silence. Apply, watch the system run live on your demo, and we'll tell you straight whether we can get you results. If we can't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Apply for Your AI Sales Team

Two minutes. No pressure. Founding pricing covers 10 installs, then it's gone.

P.S.The short version, for the skimmers, and I respect the skimmers: we install a complete AI Sales Team into your real estate business in about 14 days. Every lead answered in under 60 seconds, appointments booked, no-shows chased, calls logged, dead database revived. $9,997 to own it outright, or $5,000 + $1,000/mo for us to run it, at founding prices for the first 10 installs only. And if it doesn't book you 10 appointments in your first 60 days, we keep working for free until it does. Apply above and see it running live.
