This site and the AI Sales Team offer are operated by Dylan Ewing ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the application form. That includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your market and brokerage
• Your answers to a few questions about your business, such as lead volume, lead sources, current spend, and the CRM you use

If you never submit the form, we collect nothing from your visit. This site does not run cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts of any kind.

Where your information goes

When you submit an application, your answers go into our CRM, which runs on GoHighLevel. We use it for one purpose: to review your application, decide whether the AI Sales Team is a fit for your business, and communicate with you about it.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

How we will contact you

By submitting an application, you consent to being contacted by email, phone, and SMS about your application and the AI Sales Team offer. That is the whole point of applying, and we keep it relevant.

You can opt out at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message and SMS stops immediately
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email
• Tell us on a call and we mark your record do-not-call

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never rent your data. We never share your information with third parties for their marketing. Your application exists so we can talk to you about working together, and that is the only job it has.

Third-party processors

Running this site and reviewing applications involves three service providers, each of which processes limited data on our behalf:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• GoHighLevel, our CRM, which stores application data and sends our email and SMS
• Vercel, which hosts this website

Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices. We do not authorize any of them to use your information for anything beyond providing their service to us.

Data retention and deletion

We keep application data for as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it to us: reviewing your application and, if you become a client, serving your account. If you want your data deleted, email us at dylan@thedylanewing.com with the request and we will remove your records from our CRM. No forms, no hoops, no waiting period beyond the time it takes to process.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes that affect how we handle applicant data will be communicated to active applicants and clients by email.
